Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

1. Our returns policy has been designed to reduce the 'hassle' for our customers
   • Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart you can return it to us within 7 days for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.
   • Christmas returns policy - We have a special extended returns policy for Christmas, so you can buy all your presents before the Christmas rush, without worrying about your ability to return items within the normal statutory period. Goods purchased from the 31st October can be returned up until the end of January!
   • Refunds will be paid within 30 days.
   • For Archos returns after 28 days from our invoice date - see 6. Archos Returns
2. Contact Megapixels Ltd quoting the order number and date and have your contact details ready.
   • A RMA (Returns Materials Authorisation) returns number will be issued.
   • The returns procedure will be emailed to you.
3. Post goods to: Megapixels Ltd, 1a Kingsburys Lane, Ringwood, Hampshire BH24 1EL, England.
   • Please return goods in the same condition as when you first bought it, preferably in the original packaging.
   • Take reasonable care to ensure that any item are returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. 
4. Post and packaging costs
   • Megapixels Ltd will not refund return Post and Packing for items which are not faulty (unless we supply the goods in error to you.)
   • If goods are faulty and within the warranty period, Megapixels Ltd will cover standard costs of postage within the EU and either refund or exchange the goods. 
   • You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, until we receive them. We cannot refund items which do not reach us.

   • We are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.
   • Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
   • This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
6. Archos Returns
   • After 28 days from our invoice date contact Archos UK for returns under Archos 12 month warranty scheme: email: rma-uk@archos.com. You pay cost of shipping to Archos and Archos pay for return shipping.
