| About Us Established 1999, Megapixels Ltd is a family run company with offices in Ringwood, Hampshire, England. Megapixels Ltd has four divisions:- 1) DataMind division supplies portable media players (Archos), mobile pen scanners (Wizcom & C-Pen), film & flatbed scanners (Plustek & Microtek), digital pens and paper (Nokia & Oxford) ... and loads more, to consumers. We also sell DataMind products on Ebay & Amazon. 2) MegapixelsTrade division suppliers a range of technology products to the trade and resellers. 3) BeSeenOnABike division supplies bicycle safety products (reflective and fluorescent etc). 4) BeSeenPromotions division produces branded safety giveaways.

| Making A Purchase
We accept all major card credit payments & Paypal & Payment on Account. Cards accepted are: Mastercard, Visa, Visa debit, Delta, Connect, Switch, UK Maestro, Solo, American Express, authorised via Paypoint. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside UK, your card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. All payments by credit card & Paypal are charged when you place your order online. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |

| Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 2 business days. International orders are generally received in under 4 days. You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

| Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 15.00% VAT is added. All other orders from outside UK and Europe are VAT free. Also orders from non-UK EU businesses giving their VAT Registration numbers, delivered within EU but outside the UK are VAT free. VAT Zero Rating for disabled persons VAT will be deducted at source during the purchase process on production of a signed declaration, stating that you wish to claim VAT exemption (zero rating) as the product is needed to assist with your long term chronic disability eg Dyslexia. Send Megapixels Ltd (DataMind division) the Vat Exemption Form and we will deduct VAT from your order. If you are in any doubt as to whether you are eligible to receive goods or services zero-rated for VAT you should consult Notice 701/7 VAT - reliefs for disabled people or contact the Cutoms & Excise National Advice Service on 0845 010 9000 before signing the declaration. | Returns Policy Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive. You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
